This policy outlines the protocols for the secure transit and deployment of Cosmic Spark system architectures. All logistics are handled via Tier-1 Global Carriers (DHL Express, FedEx Priority, or UPS Worldwide) to ensure the integrity of high-density silicon and bespoke hardware stacks.

1. Tiered Shipping Modalities

We offer three distinct tiers of logistical deployment, optimized for project urgency and infrastructure readiness.

2. Tier Details & Protocol

2.1 Standard Sovereign (Free on orders > $3,000)

  • Ideal for: Planned infrastructure expansions and non-critical R&D stacks.

  • Protocol: Standard air-freight or expedited sea-freight depending on volume. Includes basic tracking and secure anti-static packaging.

2.2 Priority Deployment ($250 USD)

  • Ideal for: Active projects requiring rapid integration.

  • Protocol: Priority Air Freight. This tier includes Premium Cold-Chain Style Handling to prevent thermal stress during transit and accelerated customs clearance processing.

2.3 Expedited "Zero-Lag" ($1,000 USD)

  • Ideal for: Mission-critical emergency replacement or flagship system launches (e.g., Ahnaf Aziz / Amber IT tier deployments).

  • Protocol: Next-Flight-Out (NFO) or "Flash" Air Freight. This tier features White-Glove Chain-of-Custody, providing a dedicated logistics coordinator to monitor the shipment in real-time, ensuring same-week arrival in most global metropolitan hubs (including Dhaka).

3. Infrastructure Protection & Insurance

  • Full Value Indemnity: Every shipment is insured for the full replacement value of the hardware stack.

  • Anti-Tamper Protocol: All Cosmic Spark shipments are sealed with high-visibility, tamper-evident forensic tape. If the seal is compromised upon arrival, the Client is instructed to refuse the shipment and notify their Cosmic Spark Advisor immediately.

  • Sovereign Packaging: We utilize custom-engineered, shock-absorbent crates designed to withstand the G-force spikes typical of international air transit, protecting the Hynix RAM modules and LGA 4677 socket integrity.

4. Customs & Regulatory Governance

  • DDP/DAP Terms: Unless otherwise specified in the Client’s MSA, international shipments are typically sent DAP (Delivered at Place). The Client is responsible for localized import duties and VAT, though Cosmic Spark provides all necessary technical documentation to expedite the clearance process with local authorities.

5. Force Majeure & Transit Latency

Cosmic Spark utilizes the most reliable logistics corridors available. However, we are not liable for transit delays caused by geopolitical disruptions, customs "black hole" audits, or extreme weather events. In the event of a "Zero-Lag" shipment missing its target window due to carrier failure, the $1,000 fee will be credited back to the Client’s next service commission.
